About Becky Diaz

I've spent the past twenty years deep in the world of fitness, teaching everything from prenatal yoga to kettlebells. Along the way, I've satiated my curiosity with several courses and certifications and  can't help but giggle when I look at them listed together. (See below) I've found the most success when I weave science with intuition and I'm always chasing that sweet spot where structure meets joy. 

Once, a shaman told me that my purpose was to help people find the joy of being in their human bodies. And that moment stuck. Now, it serves as the heartbeat of everything I do. Every movement I teach or advice I give is rooted in helping people come home to themselves.

When I'm not working with clients or curating my classes, you will most likely find me skateboarding around Los Angeles, adventuring with my wild little family or sunning myself in my backyard, orange juice mocktail in hand.
